  • Ordering on our website is safe and efficient.
  • We accept phone orders. The best times to call are daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time USA.
  • The toll-free number is 1-877-663-3135.
  • We accept Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal - both US and International.
  • We accept personal checks and money orders from the USA only. You cannot order online. Orders need to be phoned to us. Checks may delay your order.
  • Your order is charged when you place your order.

  • We offer UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Both are ground shipping methods and do not expedite your order.
  • If your order is time sensitive, please email or phone with the details. Extra charges may or may not apply. Thank you.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order.
  • Custom and certain items will take longer; these are noted on the product page.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and PO Boxes always ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Customer service will be glad to help with you with your shipping requirements.

Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. But it is a two-way street.
  • Almost all items can be returned for Store Credit:

  • Doilies, Runners and Toppers are Store Credit only.
  • Refunds for Curtains, Tablecloths and Home Decor up to $75.00. Any amount over $75.00 is store credit.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable.
  • All orders are considered Final 30 days from the ship date.

How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?
  • Please call or email for a Return Authorization within 20 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when making a return.
  • All items must be in their original condition - including packaging with all labels and/or tags attached.
  • There will be re-stocking fees at our discretion to replace packaging and for missing or damaged items.
  • Allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.

We realize that internet ordering can be difficult. We will work with you to obtain the best results.

If we have made an error with your order, including custom orders:

  • We will resolve this for you at our expense.

  • If you make an error with a custom order, we will work with you on a solution.

  • We accept International orders from most countries.
  • Prices are in USD.
  • You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country and the monetary rate exchange.
  • Returns are not really feasible. We will be happy to assist you with your order.

  • Please call for available hours and an appointment.
  • Curtains, Tablecloths, Drapery Lace and Fabrics are available to view.
  • Table lace generally is not available in the showroom.

  • We do not share any of your information.
