We accept phone orders. The best times to call are daily from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time USA.

We accept personal checks and money orders from the USA only, by phone or by mail only. Checks may delay your order.

Please check your email confirmation carefully. If your order says White, but you intended to order Ecru, we have no way of knowing this. Please call or email and we will correct your order.
If you are unsure if an item will work for you:
- We have free fabric swatches for curtains, lace curtains and other home decor products. They are sent 1st mail, and lots more images that can be emailed to you. We also have some loaners (which need to be returned to us).
- If you want to try a few different styles, you may want to contact us first and order 1 of each before ordering for the entire room. Processing returns is time consuming and expensive.

We offer UPS and USPS Priority Mail shipping. Both are ground shipping methods and do not expedite your order. Please call for expedited shipping and costs.
If your order is time-sensitive, please email or phone with the details. Extra charges may or may not apply.
Delivery Schedules:

Generally: Please allow 6 to 14 business days to receive your order.
- Delivery Schedule 1 - Most orders ship in 3 days. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
- Delivery Schedule 2 - Most orders ship in 1 week or less. Please allow up to 18 days for delivery.
- Delivery Schedule 3 - Custom Orders. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Longer in the fall and around the holidays.
- Delivery Schedule 4 - Specialty Items. May not be in stock at all times. The system will accept your order regardless of the stock. These are ordered from the manufacturer about 6 times per year. It may take 8 weeks to fill your order. Please call if you have questions.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and PO Boxes always ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. But it is a two-way street.

Almost all items can be returned for Store Credit:
- Doilies, Runners and Toppers are Store Credit only.
- Refunds for Curtains, Tablecloths and Home Decor up to $75.00. Any amount over $75.00 is store credit.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable.
- All orders are considered Final 30 days from the ship date.

How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?

Please call or email for a Return Authorization within 20 days of receiving your order.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when making a return.

All items must be in their original condition - including packaging with all labels and/or tags attached.

There will be re-stocking fees at our discretion to replace packaging and for missing or damaged items.

Allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
